12 year old adult?

Post by CriminalAnarchist on Mon Feb 22, 2010 9:17 am

There is currently a case in Wampum, Pennsylvania where an 11yr old (now 12) shot and killed his father's pregnant finace. He is doing to be charged with double homicide(the women and her baby) as an adult, if convicted he will spend life in prison with out the possibility of parole. This is supposedily the youngest person to be convicted as an adult.

Should Jordan Brown be tried as an adult?

that is difficult. it says he shot a prego woman so he killed a peer of his(as it is a child) and an adult. but really is he guilty? i saw no mention of him actually doing it

yes he plead not guilty, but if you read he had gun residue on his clothes and freshly in his gun. Another predicament is if Penn. will not press charges as an adult then he will not be charged at all.

It is all thous damn video games and internets these kids today are exposed to! back in my day, trolling the internets was when you plowed the field with ol' Bessy the bull so we could plant all the fields and fields of corn.
Enlist that lil bastard in the military if he wants to shoot something.

Elvis is not why that child shot that lady, he is why Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold shot people. Everybody just uses Elvis because he is the poster child for all of the violence in the media today.

It is possible that woman was

1) giving birth to Satan
2) a total bitch
3) a gold digging hoe
4) going to kill the 11 year old first
6) going to kill the father
7) abusive towards the lil boy

Maybe if the twelve year old didnt own a gun, this wouldnt have happened. .... .... Guns dont kill people, twelve year olds kill people.

i don't blame columbine for this. that event should have been a wake up call to parents not to let their kids play with weapons. I don't know if she was any of those things but i am looking into it. I'm thinking he killed her because she was taking over his life and going to replace him with a new little boy...that is if he did it.

yeah that was a stupid move on the dad's part but he liked to go hunting with his kid or something like that. Which i personally think only gives the kid experience in killing 'cause if you got him killin' bambi's mom while he still young he probably wont mind killing some person he doesn't like

I think they should ban everything because someone died, only then can we live without fear.

Seriously it's pretty fucked they're trying this kid as an adult.

he's been in juvey for a year now. at first they sent him to an adult prison, with other murders then they thought it would be better to send him to juvey. Unfortunately in Penn. they can not try a child with a capital offense like double homicide. so he's either an adult or free to go.

it's too bad he's getting charged with 2 homicides, if it was just one he could outlive his sentence and be released as a very old man with no real social skills.

Rehabilitated for sure.

yeah if he would have killed her a couple months earlier it could be argued the unborn kid wasn't a person.

The shotgun, which apparently belonged to Brown, is designed for children and such weapons do not have to be registered, Bongivengo said.

they make it sound like kids can go buy guns that they don't have to register, assholes spreading uninformed anti gun propaganda

He should not have access to the gun in the first place though.

Your not the first person I've heard say that.

It's shorter so that the kid can better handle it. That's the only difference. You dont want a kid trying to use a gun he cant hold onto.
