Re: 12 year old adult?
lol how do you explain to a 12 year old the difference between 1st second and third trimester in a pregnancy? How can you charge someone for a murder of a person they didnt know was a person and cant understand why its a person? Kids should not have access to their guns, even if they are hunters. Daddy did a good job brainwashing his son, its awesome that hes gonna get away with it, even if his son doesn't.

i dont think he should be charged with the fetus' murder he didn't know. Obviously Penn. is going by strict law here since the fetus if born in that time could survive on its own it was considered a person. That's also the reason this kid is going to be tried as an adult. I do think the dad should have taken care of the gun situation safer but that just makes me think he wanted the kid to do it.

... was the stepmother lady a cunt? If she was she deserved it, lert the kid go.

they said he never liked her, but what if he just didn't like her because he was use to it being him and his dad. Now he has a step-mom two step-sisters and a future baby bro. Did she deserve to die then?

I had my own gun at the age of 12. I took classes like all my friends at twelve, gotta little orange card that said I was firearm certified and could hunt.

that scares me. i don't feel comfortable with children being firearm certified.

I'm going to assume you don't want kids near guns because you're afraid of guns.

Re: 12 year old adult?
i don't want kids. I'm not afraid of guns i'm afraid of people who can shoot guns well.
Re: 12 year old adult?
Im no afraid of guns, Im afraid of kids, kids are irresponsible, hormonally unstable, and emotionally insecure. I dont want them operating anything that could hurt me without consideration of the force used to drive it.
meaning a kid can use a hammer, because his muscles arent fully developed and if he throws it and it hits me in the head, id probably live, a kid can use scissors because if he tried to stab me I could probably stop him from doing so. However, no motor driven machinery, bows an arrows with sharp arrowheads, guns, crossbows, compound bows over a certain size/power ration, ninja swords, bombs,. Children should not have acces to any of those things, unless under DIRECT, RESPONSIBLE, adult supervision.

Re: 12 year old adult?
Juvenal detention, and his dad should be in trouble for not keeping the firearms locked up.

Re: 12 year old adult?
How could you put a 12 year old in a prison with huge serial murders?
That is not a good idea, a juvenile detention place till he is 18, then see what he is like. If he is different then sure, let him out as long as they keep an eye on him, like parole. If he gets worse, put him in prison.

I think they may keep him in juvey until he's 18 but he has no possibility of parole for this case, i think they are trying to make an example out of him...i'm not sure why.
Re: 12 year old adult?
because he killed his stepmother? If you don't make an example out of him then who would you make an example out of? I dont think he should be sentence to life in prison, I think he should be put in a foster home, where they beat the fuck out of him e verytime he steps out of line, maybe they can beat him into a contributing member of society, fuck all these pansy new age parents these days .... SEE WHAT YOU RAISED FAGGOT.

i don't think they should make an example out a 12 year old boy with life imprison without the possibility of parole i think he should do juvey time then go to a rehab for convicts. Givin' a kid a life sentence just makes the gov't look like a bunch of dicks.
Re: 12 year old adult?
he shouldnt go to jaiil at all, he should just be placed in a home were he lives a normal life, BUT WITH DISCIPLINE, until he grows the fuck up. Beat his little bastard ass.

they make it sound like kids can go buy guns that they don't have to register, assholes spreading uninformed anti gun propaganda
actually he's right in pennsylvania rifles/shotguns for any age does not have to be registered, you don't even need a permit. It's not the guns though it's just pennsylvania...being full of stupid.
