a little stuff on Terrible tommy silverstein.
-he first went to jail for armed robbery was released four years later, went back again for armed robbery sentenced to 15 years
-2 years into his sentence he killed a fellow inmate in his Kansas prison
-he was moved to a maximum prison where the inmate murder charge was over turned.
-he became apart of an Aryan brotherhood(silverstein was his step-fathers name, he had to take it after his step-father adopted it) and killed two more inmates, he was convicted
-he then killed a guard, and was subject to no contact, solitary confinement.
-he was in solitary for 27 years

Lethal injection, yes.
The prison system clearly can't rehabilitate him, so the only way to keep society safe from him is to kill him.

how is putting an armed robber in a building with a bunch of convicted killers, where in which, you have to be a complete badass to survive, supposed break someone of being a badass.?

I think he should stay in confinement. I think he needs a pet kitty.

people give away kittens all the time.

some prisons have stray kittens the inmates feed and pet, some prisons have kittens for convicts programs, some have horses, its kind crazy some of the shit convicts are aloud to have at some modern prisons.

lol ok to feed the kittens and makes sure they get their shots and such costs money. commifornia has already cut school budgets to pay for new prisons if they cut it anymore i'll have to become a pimp to make tuition.

They should make the convicts teach class, problem solved.

no one wants to attend a college where they are likely smarter then their professor.

I like when they have the convicts cleaning the sides of highways in the orange jump suits. There are a lot of jobs like that they can do, as for the smart ones, take their brain out and give it to somebody who has some problems with their brain.

the super smart ones are either white collars, or socio paths.

white collars go to a minimum security prison where they probably get pets, and a socio path is fucking dangerous. The other smart criminals haven't been caught.

Yes he should be. Terrible tommy should be released from solitary confinement and back into general population, where I would recommend that the guards and prisoners do not fuck with him.

My point though is that terrible tommy wasnt so terrible before he went to prison. If they had placed him in a club med instead of a state penn he may have become a scuba diver instead of a murderer.
