chains-the best weapon ever?

i have a chain. i carry it everywhere it is about half a metre long. i keep it in my pocket. dont get in trouble, ever. i keep keys on it. its a keychain. made from a small towchain. hit myself once accidentaly and almost broke my knnuckle. people who know i have it dont want to fight me which is why i love it.

wow first thread on weapons and its not about guns! hahaha i would say a chain is a pretty good weapon you can swing it at someone from a fairly good distance, and they do hurt like hell! Although when it comes to weapons I would still go with a knife

not a knife they have too much press and they want to ban them over here and this brings up a lot of controversy. also guns are too well known

that's true if you wan't something that could be a weapon but isn't always considered one go with a chain, but my preferred weapon is a knife. I don't really like guns because you can accidently kill someone easily

yes. knives also look better. they are sleek and smooth which is good to look at over a chain. but knives are more likely to hurt the user (source:uk stats from school reliability: 50%)

Yeah you could theoretically accidently kill someone pretty easily but at the same time I've seen someone take three 5.56mm rounds from an AR and keep running...long story. And, knives may be statiscally more likely to hurt the user but in my opinion that's because a lot of people carry a knife without ever learning how to use it effectively in a fight.

I carry a folding combat knife on me when I'm out in public, and I can use it effectively if I need to. My truck gun is a Romanian AK-47. People think twice about fucking with you when you have an AK in your back window.

AK's aren't illegal, except in Kommifornia. Full auto isn't even illegal, although my AK is a semiauto. To own a full auto weapon you must have a Class III Federal Firearms License [FFL]. To CONVERT any weapon into full auto, you must also have a Class II FFL.

No, SC law doesn't really care as long as the weapon is on safe and there's no round chambered. However, even if you have an empty weapon out of sight, you are required to inform a police officer of the status of the weapon if you are pulled over (of course).
